Our guest today is Luis Claudio. He has been trucking for over 15 years.  He shares challenges and mistakes he faced while starting his own trucking company.  He has a lot of wisdom, and I enjoyed hearing the ways fleet owners can take better care of their drivers.    He has some great ideas!
