MMA, Cannabis, and Competing at the Highest Level with Brooke Mayo

As a professional MMA fighter and former Division I soccer player, Brooke Mayo has competed at the highest level. Additionally, she is an ambassador for Athletes for CARE and a behavior technician who works with children who suffer from autism. Brooke joins the show to talk about the role cannabis has played in her athletic career. She shares how she first experimented with cannabis as an alternative to prescription painkillers while recovering from surgery in college, as well as how incorporating it into her daily routine has helped improve her performance as a professional athlete.
