How often have you told yourself, "I don't want this to happen again," and then it happens again?!? Today I go over a simple yet powerful tip that not only helps you get what you want, but more importantly helps you AVOID what you don't want. I use my No Sugar No Grains eating style as an example. It's simple:

Substitute "I don't want Sugar" with "I will avoid sugar". 

How about skipping the negative case altogether and just saying, "I want to move towards eating sugar free foods like grilled asparagus."
