Appreciating AND Asking for More

Do you want more out of life because you don't like where you are? Or do you not dare to ask for more out of life because you appreciate what you have? 

What if you appreciated where you came from, what you have, AND asked for even more?

 I recently had a chance to go back to Folsom, CA where I lived for over a decade before moving to the coast in the bay area. I'm so grateful I no longer liver there. It just doesn't feel like the place for me. I'm very appreciative for my time and connection from my time there. 

When I returned home, I appreciated the sun, the ocean, my cozy spot where I'm able to teach and record and write from, yet I still want more. 

I want more because I want to grow more and serve more and experience even more joy. And it's okay if you want that too. It doesn't have to be one or the other. It can be all the above. 

I also experience appreciation recently when I checked my Apple Podcast reviews. I currently have four 5-star reviews. Thanks to all those who have reviewed my podcast, and I'm asking for even more. So, if you've gotten value from my podcast, please rate it 5 stars and leave a quick review.
