Doc jumps on for round 2 of covering his time as a semi-professional football player, 25+ years of chiropractic practice, and being a StrongFirst Master Instructor.

In fact, Doc was my Team Leader for the last SFG1 as well as the SFL (which he and Pavel put together). So, I have a great appreciation for him and the way he teaches.

We also talk about how COVID has impacted (not always in a bad way!) businesses, pandemic personal records, and..... his NEW BOOK, coming out in Spring 22. Very exciting stuff!
