What's the missing ingredient in gratitude? Everything! As in, focus on every-little-thing, not just the big things we usually think about.
In this episode, I talk about the importance of expressing gratitude for the little things in life, as well as the benefits of creating a gratitude list.
I suggest taking a few moments to look around your current environment and make a list of at least five things you are grateful for.
By doing so, you can become more aware of the things that bring you joy and cultivate a greater sense of appreciation for life's simple pleasures.
