#038: The Past Version of You Already Got To Live Their Life

Do you ever have regret over things that have happened in the past? Like you look back and think, “why did I do that?” If so, in moments like that, say to yourself, “Past ME already got to live his or her life.” Meaning, that was a decision made by past you. That decision was already made. That action was already made. That life was already made. Past you did that.

In today's episode, I explore the idea of how we can more fully live in the present moment. The past version of me -- Past Thor -- already got to live his life. Now what is Present Thor going to do?
