In today's message, I explore the power of making 30 day resolutions, as opposed to year-long ones. We've probably all made New Years resolutions that lasted -- what? -- maybe a month? Well what if we made it easier to stick to resolutions? One way is to shorten the time commitment required.
I decided this year I would adopt a practice of having 30 day resolutions. For the first month, I committed to (and completed!) a Dry January (no alcohol.) It worked really well, so I'm going to continue setting 30 Day Resolutions for the rest of the year.
I discuss the practice in this episode, and give some ideas of what you might consider for month-long resolutions.
