#029: That Giant Fist In Front of Your Face

In today's show, I ask the question: is there a giant fist in front of your face?

Let’s say there’s something you want to do or accomplish. You want to see it clearly, but... there's a giant FIST blocking your view. Your own! What does this metaphorical fist represent? It could be anything. Let's say in this case it's your perfectionism.

So now, you can only see this giant fist that says things have to be perfect. Would you walk with this fist blocking your view? No. Would you have a conversation with someone, where the fist says that every word has to be perfect? No!

So take way the perfectionist tendencies, the fist, that blocks what you can see. In today's episode, I talk about ways to remove that fist and move on with life.
