She is not afraid to tell you who and what is more of the problem. Mary has been registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario since 2015. She continues to keep current with her training in accordance to the ethical and practical guidelines of the CRPO. In addition to her practical experience, her competencies include a Masters of Science in Psychology with a Specialist in Mental Health from the University of Liverpool. In this episode we discuss psychotherapy, being a “friendapist”, overcoming fear and adversity, relationships, re-programming and mental health awareness.
