The Grad Guide 2023 Wrapped: My Top 3 Biggest Lessons of the Year

2023 for me at The Grad Guide has been filled with special moments, memories, and highlights:

🎉 Launched TGGM and added a new tier for aspiring and new leaders supporting over 250 people

🎉 Delivered online and in person workshops for schools, conducting my first ever whole school professional development day

🎉 Delivered two presentations at a National Conference only 6 months into my business when public speaking *was my worst fear

🎉 Started a podcast and hit 15k downloads

🎉 Started a coaching course to become a qualified coach and to continue to prioritise my own inner work and nervous system regulation

🎉 Continually pushed myself out of my comfort zone to do things differently whilst committing to being a present mum to Raffi

My 3 biggest lessons:

1. Relationships are everything
2. self trust and confidence proceeds courage
3. Emotional intelligence is a core pillar of fulfillment
