 Cynthia is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and a Certified Relationship & Systems Coach, Cynthia is also recognized as a Master Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation and a Board Certified Coach from CCE.  She is on the faculty of  CTI (The Coaches Training Institute) and CRR Global (The Center for Right Relationship).and one of the founders of ICF. In 2006, she developed “The Inside Team” a powerful one-on-one coaching tool, inspired most directly from working with people and  relationships.
