Are you really easy going or are you just bad at asserting your boundaries? When we actually think about that question, the overwhelming majority of us realise that maybe we do need to work on our boundary-setting skills. Let's start with something simple - stop saying it's ok when it's not and stop saying you're fine when you're not. In order to set effective boundaries, we need to communicate (truthfully) about how we really feel.
