Cyclone Gabrielle has been a significant event NZ history & one week on, we are still living through it. One thing I've had to do to stay sane this week is limit my social media use & it almost instantly improved my mental health & reduced the overwhelm. It got me thinking, why don't I do this more often? If it feels so good to take some time off social media, we should do it more.  In this episode, I discuss some of the signs you might be recognising in yourself that indicate you could need some time off the screen.
