As a Māori woman, I am all too familiar with racism in the workplace (which is terribly disappointing but it is the truth). In this episode, I talk about some of the experiences I've had dealing with racism as a professional in (supposedly) professional environments. More importantly, I talk about some of the tools I use to combat it now & give you some helpful tips about how to deal with it yourself - irrespective of who you are or whether it's directed towards you or not. We all have a role to play in standing up against racism.
