Healers Gotta Heal

Sometimes the waiting part is the hardest part of healing. When we make giant leaps, we may need significant downtime to assimilate. It can be really frustrating some days and we may feel behind schedule. But I'm here to tell ya, from personal experience babe,  it's necessary and so worth it.
