Previewing the Emerging Technologies Conference with Under Secretary Heidi Shyu

The Honorable Heidi Shyu, Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering joins Dr. Arun Seraphin for a discussion on the upcoming Emerging Technologies for Defense Conference & Exhibition.
