She has been a PT for over 10 years and is passionate about helping moms navigate pregnancy and postpartum challenges to feel strong and confident in their bodies to enjoy motherhood. She is a mom to 2 awesome little boys, wife to her high school sweetheart, and enjoys the beach, camping, and exercise.
