There are many different types of fear we experience that can get in the way of us and our goals. Fear is an emotion and you’re allowed (and supposed) to feel. But that doesn’t mean you can only move forward once you’ve come to terms with all of your fears — what you have to learn is to be comfortable with feeling the fear BUT doing what you have to do anyways.
