In this episode, I talk with Mark Sauer. Mark is a scout with the Western Hockey League's Brandon Wheat Kings.  It was great getting a new perspective on the show this week. Mark's work as a scout allows him to look at players in a different light.  Scouts don't just need to look at what a player can do right now, but need to project what they will be able to do over the course of their careers.
