We live in a society where people often ignore the part of resting to refill. We are deceived by the myth that we don't have time to rest and refill but always work like a machine, and if you are deceived by this thought, you are closer to giving up in life. 

As humans, we are not called to work like a machine without rest and refills. Even machines need rest after a certain amount of work time. Or else it can burn out and become useless. 

 Refill is nothing but resting in God's presence and receiving the substance that gives renewal to your soul and body to move forward in life.
