English Language Learners (ELLs)-Educviii: Pierre Rancy and English Language Learners

Mr. Rancy earned his first degree in French Literature and Philosophy. He has worked as the English as a Second Language (ESL) Instructional Supervisor for the East Ramapo School District, Director of Field Experiences at the School of Education of the City College of New York, and resource specialist at the Southern Westchester Board of Cooperative Education Services, as well as an ESL Teacher in the New York Public School System.
