Chris, who is based in Sydney, heads Learning Advisory at SAP. His mission is to ensure that SAP cloud customers are able to effectively use learning and approaches to learning as a driver for user adoption and long-term, sustainable business success. We reflect on this new Learning Advisory offering from the customer success organization – a model that can provide benefit for any company.
