Rick Lewis has 40 years experience as a counselor & educator in Palm Beach County Schools, FL.  His work focuses on school climate, conflict resolution, mediation, effective communication, restorative justice, and staff relationships.   He is a Board Member of Peaceful Schools International (PSI) and has nine publications in the area of social competency and conflict resolution with PSI and the Peace Education Foundation.
