About The Housing & Redevelopment Authority
The members of the City Council serve as Commissioners of the Board of the HRA. The Edina City Manager serves as Executive Director of the HRA. From time-to-time, additional services are provided to the HRA by City staff as part of their regular job duties.
The Edina Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) was established in 1974 for the purpose of undertaking urban redevelopment projects and assisting with the development of affordable housing.
Where to Watch:
The Edina Housing & Redevelopment Authority typically meets at 7:30 a.m. the second and fourth Thursday of the month at Edina City Hall. Meetings of the HRA are shown live on Edina TV and the City’s website, and are rebroadcast on Edina TV at 3 a.m. and 11 a.m. Mondays and Fridays and 7 p.m. Sundays and Thursdays until the commission's next meeting.
Edina TV is available to Comcast subscribers on Channel 813 (high definition) and Channel 16 (standard definition).
