Before you begin, move into a comfortable place; lie down or sit in a nourishing meditative seat, maybe you even light a candle or sage your space to centre and get ready to go inwards. If it feels right for you, use headphones for a more profound experience.
Today's practice invites you to subtly opens your lower dantian (your power centre), to invite in what it feels like to stand in your grace and power. The energy you feel when you are nourished by others supporting you. The grace you feel when you are loved for your words and voice. The ease you feel when you are honoured for your lifes work. The energy you feel when you are invited to be you, and loved for all that you are. Invite it all in.
