Before you begin, move into a comfortable place; lie down or sit in a nourishing meditative seat, maybe you even light a candle or sage your space to centre and get ready to go inwards. If it feels right for you, use headphones for a more profound experience.
Today's practice invites you to nurture your body through a supportive body scan. Imagine the setting sun, the light of the moon, the stars and stardust cascading through the sky. Imagine the grass growing from the earth, the flowers blooming, the trees swaying in the wind. As as you imagine the nourishment received from the Earth, observe the physical senastions that flow through your being, inviting a calm nourishing energy to flow through your body, to nurture and honour your being.
