Women we’re not meant to be like men. Why are we training like that??? Why are so many women pushing themselves, striving so much, going so hard on your body?
That's how society has conditioned the way we need to workout. To compete, compare, train hard, push hard and live in the energy of masculine. To track, to count, hit targets, measure everything and put so much unnecessary pressure and stress on you.
You can be truly strong by embracing being a woman. We have our own unique strengths that a man will never have and it's time to honour them. The feminine factor offers you a divine superpower and you can still have a fit, strong healthy body through embodying what I will teach you in this episode.
Let me share with you a different perspective from my years as a personal trainer, coach for women, yoga pilates teacher and studio owner, mentor and years of experience from working with clients and my own personal experience.
