Hi angels, I had a weekend full of moments of connection. I put my to do lists to the side and allowed myself to be immersed in connection. Connection with my husband, family, nature, music and the real meaningful things in life….LOVE!
With loving people and loving life so much also comes letting people you love go. I had a moment of beautiful connection and deep conversation with my Oma around end of life. One of the hardest conversations I’ve had, but also one of the most beautiful, peaceful and soulful conversations I’ve had.
I share in this episode around holding space for people. Really listening to others and not necessarily what WE THINK we need to say or what we think they need to hear. But honouring where they’re at and giving them a loving compassionate ear and safe space to be heard, no matter how hard it may be for us x
