Ep 23 Schools out forever! A tough transition for Mums!

Hi angels, today my baby graduated high school! I was excited. No more school! No more rules! Then it hit me....OMG a phase of my life is over forever! In this episode I share with you all the emotions, what this unexpectedly brought up in me and how I worked through this with a new level of awareness.

I know many of us Mums are in the same place, will go through, or have been through this phase in our life. It triggers more than just my babies have grown up. It brings up many deeper layers of ‘What about me’, ‘What will I do now’, 'What's my purpose now, my kids don't need me as much any more’. I’ll share you through some mindset shifts and heartfelt emotion to help guide you through this transition.
