Hi angels, in today's episode I’ll share with you my personal journey on why I had my breast implants removed after having them for 12 years. I’m quite open, honest and raw and chat about my personal experience and what led to the decision to undergo breast explant and mastopexy (breast lift) surgery. Severe hair loss led to me investigating and following my signs and intuition to connect this condition back to my breast implants. Instead of feeling like my body was attacking itself, I felt this knowing that my body was trying to protect me.

I hope to inspire you to tune into your body and create awareness of how your intuition can help navigate you through life when you listen to your own spiritual, emotional and physical guidance. I want to give you hope that you’re not alone and many women share similar experiences but are often afraid to reach out or stuck in fear or shame to make the connection. This may not relate to you personally, but in your listening it inspires you to share with someone you know who needs to hear this message.

I’m not here to alarm or scare you, but simply share from experience and offer you some guidance and resources from those who supported me. In my sharing I have had many women reach out with similar concerns or health related issues which could be related to breast implant illness. I’m not in the medical industry so there is no advice given, just my personal experience.
