Hi angels, todays episode came about as I was reflecting on my friends departure today for their trek to basecamp in Nepal. A trek that I should have been on!

But I pulled out earlier in the year due to an inner ‘knowing’ that something was unfolding for me and the timing wasn't right for me to go. Turns out my gut was right! I ended up embarking on a spiritual transformation that I was hoping to get out of basecamp….but it came about in a way I never could have predicted, making a decision to get my breast implants removed.
