What happens if someone doesn't like or approve of me? What do we do when someone doesn't approve of us? We remind ourselves that we have triggered a button in them from their past and they projected this onto us. When we can remain mindful and realize that their buttons come from their past and not from us, we can see them as in a movie and remain in balance.
They can't help this. Breathing from our heart can change their reactions to us and our reactions to them.
