Have you checked your screen time lately?

If your like me it’s probably up since you’ve been stuck inside. I checked my screen time the first week of quarantine and I almost threw up... Let’s just say I spent over 24 hours in my phone.

I was so frustrated I went back to the basics and tested how to TAKE CONTROL over my phone, not the other way around.

Here are 3 ways you can do the same for yourself, so you can focus on what YOU want to do.

▶️ Block apps & Block Time
▶️ Leave Phone out of site.
▶️ NOtifications (Turn them off for apps that distract you.
