Nvidia announces the new RTX 5070 TI to it being in low stock, overpriced, and potentially defective. It was discovered that the new GPU and other RTX 5090 GPUs are missing core components on the GPU called ROPs which cause a significant performance hit. AMD introduces a new CPU with high powered GPU that can be it's own budget computer.
