Welcome back to Dyadic! In this episode, the hosts share a cautionary tale about going above and beyond in the workplace. Anna and Alison volunteered to create a staff wellness room for their coworkers, despite it not being their job to look out for employee wellness. After one successful year, and putting plans in place to expand their project, it was abruptly rejected by their colleagues. Anna and Alison found themselves lost and confused after attempting to do what they thought was a good deed and kind gesture.
