Stephen Joost co-founded Firehouse Subs in 1994 and successfully expanded it from a single Jacksonville location to over 1,000 locations nationwide. His leadership extended beyond business, serving eight years on the Jacksonville City Council, including two years as president. Currently, Stephen is franchising Yoga-Den and is a part-owner of Caps on the Water.
