It's Mental Health Awareness Week here in the UK so we're pulling out all the stops to help those in need! We run through ways in which we can help support each other day to day, showcase some of the places you can go to get things off your chest and explain how rugby is one of the best families to be a part of!

After that, it's time for some housekeeping. The rugby season is finally finished in D&G so John and Ross review Stewartry's play-off game v Ellon, The Glasgow & West match against Caledonia Reds and go through each of the tables for next year's leagues!
