Joe Solecki is a UFC mix martial artist with a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.  Joe and I discuss life during quarantine, his road to success in combat sports, and the love he has for his family.

Bio Time:
Joe Solecki is a 26-year-old Mixed Martial Arts competitor originally from New Jersey, currently training and fighting out of Wilmington, NC. He began training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 1999, at age 6 and continued to train and compete, until beginning to fight Mixed Martial Arts at age 22. Solecki spent 1 year as an amateur and went professional in 2016, and was signed to the UFC in 2019, after winning a fight on Dana White’s Contender Series.
