After their battle with the Templar and his Papal Guards under the Basilica di Santa Cruz, the party now has their sights set on the man who betrayed Leonora Gray and her clan. Hitting the streets of Florence, they encounter an urchin boy with some information that leads them to a mysterious shopkeeper who keeps tabs on the Thieves' Guild, leading them to a dangerous tavern known as The Shadow's Rest.
