Monica Marquez is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion expert who has led DEI initiatives at some of the world’s best companies such as Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Ernst & Young, and Google. Together, they founded Beyond Barriers, a cohort-based coaching platform that helps companies retain talent and advance women in leadership at scale.
