Sylvia became dance fitness certified in her 40s as well as created her own brand and business  ‘Hustle Inspired’. She uses her unique experience through weight loss, mindset issues, and hardships to empower others in their current situations. 

She reminds us that we have to do what's best for ourselves. 

We all fall under the pressure of what others do, but those strategies may not be what is best for your situation. Having an open mind is important, but don’t be lenient on your happiness.
