Stretch them legs, take a walk at least a few minutes per day.
Research suggests that getting outside (especially during this time) plays an important part in improving our physical and mental health.
Step out and take your fur babies (yep, I'm a dawgie dad to @lukathedoxiepoo) for a walk!
