Nicole Pendergrass is a wife, mom of two toddlers, full time employee, multifamily investor and generational wealth advocate. She started her real estate journey with no money, no credit, no connections and after a few unsuccessful ventures, purchased a 3 family house-hack that she grew and transitioned into multiple commercial multifamily holdings.

She founded Noirvest Holdings to help minorities, women and other overlooked individuals build wealth through multifamily investing. She is also the host of the Share The Wealth Show, a podcast dedicated to discussing non-mainstream strategies to build, grow and protect minority wealth so we can all discover ways to live free and with purpose
