When we understand that a trigger occurs because the nervous system has been activated in some way we can gain access to a deeper understanding of our own operating system, our own unconscious habits of thought that create stress for ourselves. And we can learn how to transform those, which is what I specifically teach and coach on inside in The SMART Program.
Beyond using Triggers for Transformation we can actually intentionally place symbols or signs in our environment that Trigger Transformation. I dive into how this works, what this has means, how I’m using this knowledge playfully in my own life to trigger my own transformations.
