Have you ever done something cringe worthy that you just can’t stop replaying in your mind?

Do you ever have those moments, usually right before you shut your eyes to rest for the night, when your mind begins replaying your mistakes, errors, failures and all your “I wish I hadn’t said that or done that” thing?


This is a stressed brain playing tricks.


You’re beginning to figure out that a stressed brain will do what a stressed brain does…it’s deceptive and tricky!


It’s up to us to learn how to navigate this territory and master the skills we need to work WITH our brains.  The consequence of NOT doing this–is well–we become the victim of our stressed brains and their deceptive trickery and we end up beating ourselves up, we begin to believe it’s lies and we begin to feel defeated and even helpless or hopeless.


We can choose another line of thinking that fuels us.  We can choose to transform these stressful events and turn them into fuel for living our best lives yet. 


In this episode I share with you a treasured practice I call “Rewrite the Replay”.  This is powerful stuff and you should listen to this if you’re done being the victim of your own stressed brain.  This episode will not just inspire you to embrace your own humanity and humanness as a sacred gift but it will give you a practical tool and skill set for transforming this kind of stress into fuel for living your best.
