DR. MARC NOTARI, a retired physician and podiatrist from New Jersey, and now an author living in Texas, joined us to discuss his latest release, "A Sailor in the Sargasso Sea".

ABOUT HIS BOOK:

"When the summer of 1968 dawned at the Jersey Shore, Xavier Martorelli was sure of who he was and where he was headed. But that special summer led him to question his Italian Catholic heritage, his strength, and racial and sexual bigotry that he had never before been aware of. However, under the guidance of three kind girls, older and unobtainable, he begins the process of learning to be a man.
