Today’s Angel Card Word of the Day is “Courage.” We all have bias and sometimes messages from the universe or symbols can be interpreted incorrectly. Terrie explains that our own human experience and primary “clair” can change our interpretation; whether it’s clairsentience (clear feeling), clairaudience (clear hearing), clairvoyance (clear seeing), clear smelling, clear tasting, or claircognizance (a sixth sense.)  Not only do we interpret information, but we translate messages and symbols into our own internal lingo to resonate with the information. Kathy portrays how some people become stuck on one interpretation of something where “this must mean that.” This could be a safety mechanism internally in order to gain control which can cause one to have a rigid mindset rather than a growth mindset. The key is to be open to interpretation and open to growth, not having a fixed interpretation of symbols but to be curious.
