Lopon Dorje Khandro (Lourdes Arguelles) and Rev. Dhammabodhi (John Freese) discuss the book The Theory of Moral Incentives in Cuba by Robert Bernardo. Lopon Dorje Khandro grew up in Cuba during the revolution. Her father was the technical head of the Institute of Agrarian Reform under Che Guevara. Bernardo's book focuses on the Guevara-led effort to use moral incentives instead of financial incentives to bring about communist revolution in Cuba.
