This time last week I was in a really negative mindset and headspace, and it felt like there was no way out of it. Fast forward a week to today and thankfully I feel a lot better in myself!
Whilst the experience is so fresh and raw, I want to share the biggest lessons I learned from the experience, and reminders that I was served, so that if you're in a negative mindset, you too can get out of it and feel yourself again!
I know how frustrating, challenging and painful it can be, so I really hope that this actionable advice helps you.
